WHAT IS DMC Fitness?
DMC is a dream that came to life in 2019. We started with bootcamps in parks, group outdoor strength training, years of workouts in my garage, and finally virtually training clients when Covid occurred. I love all things fitness! Running, bootcamps, strength training, indoor cycle classes, yoga, and even step aerobics. My style has changed over the years. Once a cardio bunny, I have certainly gravitated more towards strength training in later years. I have learned how important maintaining muscle mass is to our bodies. Being in great shape takes DEDICATION, MOTIVATION, and COMMITMENT. That is why we are DMC!
I am excited to offer a variety of small group fitness classes for EVERYONE. Men, women, seasoned athletes to beginners, DMC has something for you! One of the critical features I envision for DMC is its emphasis on community and accountability. By offering these group fitness classes, I can provide a sense of companionship and support that can help individuals stay motivated and committed to their fitness goals.
DMC is independently owned and local. I care if you show up or not! It's important that you love where you work out. We are a SMALL gym with BIG goals. Let me help you achieve yours.
